Saccharomyces cerevisiae, is one of the most studied eukaryotic organisms. As a single celled organism, it is easy to study and amenable to high-throughput studies. This database contains the ionomic profiles of ~5000 knock out lines and ~5800 over-expression lines analyzed at the Purdue Ionomics Profiling Facility. The raw data is viewable and available for download. There are likely to be many ways to process the raw data, so our system has the potential to hold multiple versions of the processed data, including processed datasets that outside users upload.
